A:We provide 12 months warranty for customers and 1:1 replacement service if there are any quality problems.

Q2:How should I do when I get the products?

A: please check the products in GOOD condition. If any damages, please take photos and let us know within one week.

Q3:How to avoid damages?

A:  1.Before installing, please press on the IC parts and bend Flex, make it easier to install. This way can protect IC on LCD Flex.

     2.When install LCD on mainboard, please don't press the edge of LCD, it's make the LCD crush easily.

Q4.What’s the MOQ?

A:Our minimun quantity is 1pcs,mix order is accepted.

Q5:How to place the order ?

A:There are two ways to place the order :

Online : You can directly draft or we will draft the alibaba trade assurance for you , after your confirmation and payment, the projector will be shipped within 7 working days .

Offline: Just provide your detail ship address and phone number, we will make the invoice for you to check, after confirming and paying ,the projector will be shipped within 7 working days if they are in stock.
